Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Application Developer to provide technical leadership while designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications that support strategic business objectives. This role combines hands-on software development with team leadership responsibilities, requiring expertise in modern application development, Microsoft technologies, database platforms, and web-based solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical depth, experience leading development teams, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable technology solutions. This individual will play a key role in evaluating emerging technologies, guiding development standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of application developers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop a strong understanding of organizational business strategies and align technology solutions to support business objectives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's application architecture, infrastructure, and technology portfolio.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end integrated software solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners, analysts, and technology teams to evaluate requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • 5+ years of application development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience developing and supporting internet-based applications and systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Visual Studio and related application development tools.
  • 3+ years of experience working with relational database technologies, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
  • 3+ years of development experience utilizing Microsoft technologies and Python.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
Technical Skills
  • Expert-level experience with:
    • Python
    • C#
    • ASP / ASP.NET
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
