Wolf Construction Inc. is an industrial contractor providing rapid response construction and maintenance services to industrial management and engineering professionals who don't have time for anything less than dependable results. Wolf strives to create real value for their customers through the application of innovation, creative skill and principled cost management for the benefit of all involved. We are true industrial craftsmen who are committed to the art of the craft.
Sign on/retention bonuses of $5,000 to $10,000 DOE, Company Vehicle, full benefit package including 401k with 6% match, employee only insurance paid 100% (other plans available) top of market pay ranges with lucrative incentive programs.
Major Duties:
  • Develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Work with the finance department on project setup and buyout.
  • Work with resource and logistics for project planning and scheduling.
  • Daily project coordination.
  • Procure permits and coordinate inspections.
  • Material procurement and subcontracts.
  • Maintain a positive jobsite attitude with focus on safety and quality assurance.
  • Participate in project issue management.
  • Update progress reporting and punch list items.
  • Stay up to date with change orders and cost projections.
  • Review all project AP and approve.
  • Review invoices and all project billings.
  • Finalize turnover packages and project closeout.
