Job description

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for leading maintenance and reliability efforts that support safe, efficient, and costeffective operations. You will maintain a strong presence on the plant floor, partner closely with operations and engineering, and lead salaried and hourly associates to drive equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and sound financial decisionmaking in support of the Clarksdale facility's business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with plant leadership, operations, and engineering on capital projects, reliability improvements, and longterm asset strategies.

  • Oversee contractors, vendors, purchase orders, and storeroom operations while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience or in lieu of degree 10 or more years of experience engineering/maintenance management in an industrial environment

  • Experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with accountability for equipment reliability and workforce performance.

  • Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, continuous improvement practices, and reliabilityfocused decision making.
