The Role at a Glance
  • The person in this role will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions that support operational goals
  • Build and refine platform features such as workflows, business rules, client-side logic, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs, IntegrationHub, import processes, and automation tools
  • Support data quality initiatives by improving configuration data accuracy, reducing duplication, and strengthening relationship mapping across the platform
  • Create and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, standards, operating procedures, and integration support models
What we’re looking for
  • Advanced experience with JavaScript and GlideScript for developing business rules, script includes, automation logic, and scripted integrations
  • Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, CSM, SPM, and SecOps
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Success in this position requires strong hands-on expertise, sound architectural judgment, and the ability to guide best practices across the platform
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
  • Certifications in ServiceNow Application Developer or as a ServiceNow System Administrator is a plus
  • Architectural experience is a plus

The pay range for this position is $96,900 - $176,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
