About the Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
 
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
  • PMP or PE license preferred but not required.
