Join Our Team as an Application Developer!

Are you passionate about building and improving web-based applications? Do you love solving problems, enhancing performance, and collaborating with a talented development team? If so, Prime Health Services (PHS) wants to meet you!


As an Application Developer, you will support existing applications and contribute to new development across both internal and external platforms. Working in a primarily Microsoft-based environment, you'll design scalable solutions, optimize code, collaborate with teammates, and help deliver high-quality applications that support our growing business.


What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and implement applications based on business requirements.
  • Test and validate new and existing software to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and security expectations.
  • Optimize existing code and develop new features for cloud and web-based applications.
  • Provide support and technical guidance to Associate Application Developers.
  • Review pull requests and offer constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
  • Maintain and update CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage bug reports and user issues through the PHS ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in IT or related field, software development certification, or 2+ years of full-stack development experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of web application development, microservices, data modeling, and UI design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and related technologies, unit testing techniques, and advanced domain knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Front End: React, TypeScript, jQuery, ASP.NET MVC, Bootstrap, Azure Web Services.
  • Back End: C#, Python, MS SQL.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and X12.837 formats.
