Role Description:
Senior ServiceNow-NowAssist Developer
Skilled and experienced Senior NowAssist Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of NowAssist capabilities on ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NowAssist modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
Development Configuration
Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow- NowAssist platform.
Configure Agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM as needed.
Develop and maintain NowAssist ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Provide support and training to users.
Required Qualifications
