Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking Senior Full Stack Developers to support a government-focused project in a highly scalable and secure environment. The role will primarily involve backend development while also supporting frontend work, with a focus on AI-enabled development tools and secure coding practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and tools
• Focus primarily on backend development while supporting Angular-based frontend components
• Work in AI-enabled development environments using tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure auditability due to highly confidential government data
• Build and maintain REST APIs for high-volume systems
• Develop and execute test cases (BDD preferred; AI-assisted testing acceptable)
• Contribute to technical design and lead development initiatives where required
• Develop solutions in Azure cloud environments, including AKS-managed Kubernetes infrastructure
• Implement job scheduling and workflow automation using tools such as Apache Airflow or Spring Batch
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high observability and monitoring capabilities across applications
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP Moderate and High security standards
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience in Full Stack Development
• Expertise in Java 17+
• Experience with Spring Boot 3.5+
• Strong frontend development using Angular 23+
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / AKS
• Experience with AI-enabled coding tools or workflows
• Strong secure coding and security compliance mindset
• Experience building highly scalable, high-volume systems
• Experience with test automation and writing test cases
