Job Summary (Project Manager)
- Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple large-scale technical projects to ensure timely and successful completion within budget.
- Develop project scopes, define action items, assign responsibilities, create project timelines, and track progress.
- Monitor and oversee project implementation, manage delivery teams, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
- Serve as primary liaison between project sponsors, stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to facilitate project objectives and resolve issues.
- Work closely with technical, business, financial, and quality teams to establish metrics and evaluate project performance.
- Ensure timely, clear communication with user departments and all project participants.
- Oversee risk management processes and drive workflow and process improvements.
- Support end-user education and training initiatives; help develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide subject matter expertise on IT, network infrastructure, data center, and application decommissioning projects.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, interpreting project needs and making informed decisions.
- Prepare and present project status reports, performance data, and compliance documentation as needed.
- Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills to support project success.
