Join a collaborative, solutions-driven team as an ERP Application Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting and empowering users across URUS to get the most out of our ERP and CRM systems. The ERP Application Analyst provides front-line support for URUS' ERP (JDEdwards) and CRM, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and end users are empowered to use systems effectively. This role is responsible for incident management, request fulfillment, and end-user education, working closely with the Manager of ERP Support and senior team members. The ERP Application Analyst assists with system configuration within established guidelines and contributes to the creation and maintenance of user documentation and training materials.


Responsibilities

Incident & Request Management

  • Serve as Level 1 support for ERP and business application incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating to senior analysts or IT as necessary.
  • Ensure all tickets are tracked, updated, and resolved in accordance with service standards.

Configuration & Support

  • Perform application configuration and setup in line with approved SOPs and guidance from senior analysts.
  • Support business process adherence by ensuring correct application usage.


End-User Education & Communication

  • Develop and publish end-user training materials, job aids, and communications to support application adoption.
  • Provide user training and guidance on system functionality and best practices.
  • Communicate known issues and resolutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Maintain and update SOPs and knowledge base articles as processes evolve.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system configuration or training content.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior analysts and the support team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent user experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in ERP support or business application support (JDEdwards preferred) or related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service orientation. 
  • Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience authoring user documentation and training materials. 
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management best practices.
