Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated healthcare/homecare professionals to join our growing team. This general application is open to individuals across multiple care roles, including Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN).
Candidates will provide high-quality care and support to clients in home and/or facility settings, helping to improve quality of life and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Assist with medication reminders (role-dependent)
  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
  • For licensed roles (LPN/RN): administer medications, perform clinical assessments, and coordinate care as required
Qualifications:
  • Valid certification or license for applicable role (PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, LPN, RN)
  • Current in person CPR/First Aid certification (American Red Cross/American Heart Association)

  • Current negative TB/Chest x-ray result

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
