Virginia Tech is hiring an Application Analyst to support enterprise HR and Payroll technology systems used across the university. This role works closely with Human Resources and Payroll teams to improve processes, integrate systems, and deliver data-driven solutions that support Virginia Tech employees.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Application Analyst, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of HR and Payroll applications and integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

Analyze HR and Payroll business processes and system workflows

Collaborate with HR and Payroll staff to design and implement solutions

Support integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting

Write and maintain technical and functional documentation

Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Work independently while collaborating across departments
