This is a hybrid role based in our Richmond, VA HQ. Mon / Fri are remote; Tues / Wed / Thurs are core in-office collaboration days.

As the IT Senior Application Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert supporting Indivior's Human Resources applications, particularly Workday, across the full lifecycle: design, build, and run. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to strengthen core systems, improve processes, and ensure a reliable, intuitive experience for employees and leaders.
You will also oversee day-to-day service delivery for Workday, including incident management and vendor performance, ensuring issues are handled thoughtfully, escalated appropriately, and aligned with Indivior policies and SOPs.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Shape the HR applications roadmap
โข Contribute to the IT and Business Applications roadmap, aligning technology improvements with business needs
โข Participate as a key contributor on system enhancements and projects from concept through implementation
โข Partner with HR and IT teams to assess, prioritize, and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver reliable Workday support
โข Oversee the team managing incidents and service requests for Workday
โข Ensure system operations meet business needs while adhering to Indivior policies and SOPs
โข Review incident metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support administration, payroll, and controls
โข Provide HR application administration and process updates
โข Support payroll processes across Workday and ADP
โข Execute IT and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls
โข Build and maintain the Workday intranet page with clear, engaging content
โข Support Workday release management activities
Lead application and vendor management
โข Provide subject matter expertise across design, build, and run phases
โข Act as the primary contact for outsourced application support vendors
โข Ensure service levels are met and issues are escalated appropriately
Strengthen governance and documentation
โข Mature IT documentation for clarity, consistency, and compliance
โข Review and approve IT governance and procedure documentation
Build trusted partnerships
โข Meet regularly with HR stakeholders to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
โข Empower HR and business users through increased self-service and best practices
โข Support end users and super users through guidance and training
Projects and team leadership
โข Support HR application roadmap planning and delivery
โข Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
โข Address risks, issues, and decisions in a timely manner
โข Collaborate across teams and geographies to deliver a high-quality user experience
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
โข Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology
โข Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences
โข Experience with Windows, MS Office, Workday, ServiceNow, and SuccessFactors
โข 5+ years of application management experience with strong HR systems exposure
โข Working knowledge of Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Absence Management preferred
โข 3+ years coordinating outsourced application support providers
โข Experience with governance, business process improvement, system design, documentation, and testing
โข Experience supporting end users and creating training materials
โข Customer and results oriented mindset
โข Strong communication and collaboration skills
โข Effective problem solving and diagnostic abilities
โข Flexible, pragmatic approach to work
โข Fluency in English required

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by Indivior, subject to eligibility requirements.
Starting Salary: $112,000 - $130,000 USD
*Note actual salary is based on qualifications and experience
