Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Analyst I, you will:- Post payments and other accounting transactions
- Maintain reports and other databases
- Prepare and process accounting documents
- Review documents for accuracy
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist customers both over the phone and in person
- Receive invoices and process accounts payable
QualificationsMinimum QualificationsThe best qualified candidate for this position will have:
- 1 or more year(s) of accounts receivable or collections experience
- Intermediate skill level using Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Customer service experience
Preferred QualificationsPreference may be given to applicants that have:
- Experience using Vantage Financial (the state's accounting system)
- Experience in Accounting
