They provide expert advice on gathering necessary documentation, meeting deadlines, and enhancing the quality of applications. Application Advisors may also offer feedback on essays or personal statements and help applicants understand the criteria used by review committees. Their goal is to increase the applicant’s chances of success by making the application process more efficient and less stressful.

Description

Portland, OR | Eugene, OR | BMW | Mercedes-Benz | Toyota | Honda | Service Advisor | Luxury brand | Import | Pacific Northwest | Pipeline | Multiple locations | Veterans encouraged to apply | $100,000+ OTE

This is a general application for Service Advisor openings across Swickard's Portland and Eugene area dealerships. Qualified candidates will be contacted as opportunities arise.

IS THIS YOU?

You're an experienced service advisor who takes genuine pride in how you communicate, follow through, and care for every guest

You thrive in a process-driven, guest-first environment and you hold yourself to a standard that shows up in your CSI scores

You're open to exploring what's next -- and want to be in conversation with a growing Pacific Northwest automotive group before a specific opening arises

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

We operate multiple dealerships across the Portland and Eugene markets, representing iconic brands that guests trust and return to. When Service Advisor openings arise at any of our locations, we want qualified candidates ready to go. If you're an experienced advisor in or open to the Pacific Northwest, we'd like to start the conversation now.

Our Portland & Eugene locations include:

BMW of Portland and BMW of Eugene

Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville

Gresham Toyota

Swickard Honda of Gladstone

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery

Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations

Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest

Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule

Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance

Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

Deliver a consistent guest experience that reflects the standard of the brand and the store

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Demonstrates a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) -- kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity

2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership preferred -- luxury, import, or domestic brand experience all welcome

Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance and repeat guest relationships

Clear, composed communicator -- able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to the guest experience

Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does

WHAT WE OFFER

Top advisors earn $100,000+ annually -- compensation specific to each store and opening

Open service appointment schedule -- guests book when it's convenient for them, keeping the drive consistently active

Paid manufacturer training and ongoing certification opportunities

Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance

401(k) plan

Paid time off and paid holidays

State-of-the-art facilities with current diagnostic tools and technology

Career path -- strong advisors grow into senior advisor and service management roles at Swickard

Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY SWICKARD AUTO GROUP -- PORTLAND & EUGENE

Multiple brands, multiple locations -- BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and Honda across the Portland metro and Eugene means real variety and the right fit for the right advisor

A hospitality-first culture where the service advisor is treated as central to the guest experience -- not just a transaction processor

Swickard is consistently ranked as one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the US by Automotive News -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- shape how we hire, how we lead, and how we serve every guest

A company that invests in your long-term growth -- training, certifications, and a clear path forward

This isn't a posting for a role that's open today -- it's an invitation to connect. Swickard operates multiple dealerships across the Portland and Eugene markets and we proactively build relationships with strong service advisor talent so that when an opening arises, we're ready to move. If you're a guest-first, process-driven advisor who holds yourself to a high standard, we want to know you.

If you're open to a conversation about what's possible in the Pacific Northwest with Swickard -- we'd like to hear from you.
