Job Purpose
The CASE Product Application & Training Specialist plays a critical support role for the CASE field team, dealer network, and customers by representing machine functionality, specifications, and real-world application environments. This position ensures proper machine usage and optimal application fit while serving as a technical and application expert to drive sales growth and customer success.
This is a highly customer-facing, support-oriented role requiring strong product knowledge, application expertise, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to product and application needs in the field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary product and application support resource for the CASE field team, dealers, and customers
  • Provide detailed guidance on machine functionality, specifications, and application configurations
  • Create and develop training materials for internal field teams and dealer networks
  • Deliver dealer and sales training to enhance product and application knowledge
  • Support and drive sales growth with both current and future customers
  • Partner with CASE Territory Leaders and dealers to implement and execute sales strategies
  • Capture and articulate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted technical and application advisor within assigned territories

Experience Required
  • Associate degree with at least five (5) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales

OR
  • HS Diploma with at least seven (7) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
  • Operator experience and/or sales experience
  • Strong understanding of construction equipment applications across multiple industries
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in competitive, goal-oriented environments

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
