Synergy Preserve LLC has strong experience in renovation and property maintenance. We provide services for both residential and commercial properties.

We are now hiring Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team. You will represent Synergy Preserve LLC and provide high-quality service to our customers in the field.


Overview

We are looking for a skilled appliance technician who can repair and maintain home and commercial appliances. You will diagnose problems, fix issues, and make sure appliances work properly. This role needs strong hands-on skills and good customer service.


Requirements.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work alone.
  • Must have experience repairing household appliances.
  • Must repair common appliances like:
    • Refrigerators
    • Washers
    • Dryers
    • Dishwashers
    • Microwaves
    • Stoves
  • EPA Certification is required for refrigeration work.
  • Must complete a short onboarding before starting jobs.
  • Must have your own tools for appliance repair work.
  • Must be professional, on time, and a good communicator.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair home and commercial appliances.
  • Inspect appliances to find problems early.
  • Respond to service calls and complete work orders on time.
  • Replace or repair broken parts when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and office staff.
  • Keep track of parts and job details.
  • Work safely and follow company rules.
  • Use good time management to finish jobs on schedule.

Qualifications
