What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential household appliances.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in customers' homes.
  • Clearly explain repair recommendations and available solutions.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.
  • Represent Appliance EMT with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
