The successful candidate will serve as a Change Lead for a large, cross-functional initiative, on the Global Planning, Portfolio and Change (PPC) team. This individual will be responsible for delivering change management on large, cross-functional system/process implementations and providing change management training, tools, templates and support to our internal BPR Project Managers. In this role you will partner with AppleCare project and functional teams based in the US, EMEIA and APAC to help support the roll out of a multi-year program.
Description
You will deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans.
Execute and deliver Apple-developed methodology and templates acting as a reference point for queries and information
Earn respect and trust of AppleCare stakeholders, soliciting action in a fast-paced environment
Maintain and update change management framework and templates
Work independently while providing visibility and status reporting to project team, change management team and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Includes the six to eight most important desired knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies, experience, education, and other attributes that help prioritize qualified applicants in your candidate pool. If relevant to the role, include desired (but not required) experience and/or education.
PROSCI (or equivalent industry leader in Change Management) certification
Masters or MBA is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with change management concepts (i.e., PROSCI), tools and implementations
Proven project management experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partners
Strong negotiation, influence and facilitation skills
Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners
Flexible, resourceful, detail-oriented and a self-starter
Fast learner, especially related to tool/platforms and process training
Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,900 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
