Job description

Minimum Qualifications: • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence • 8 years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity • 6 years of engineering experience in enterprise macOS environments • Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro including configuration profiles, software distribution, policies, smart groups, remote management, and inventory enforcement • Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) for organizational device enrollment, VPP license management, and MDM server linking • Experience with FileVault full-disk encryption management and recovery key escrow via MDM • Experience configuring macOS Unified Logs and implementing log forwarding to SIEM or EDR platforms • Experience implementing passwordless authentication and hardware-backed credentials on macOS systems using YubiKeys, CAC, or PIV smart cards • Operational knowledge of iOS and iPadOS device management workflows under supervised modes • Experience executing secure wipe and device decommissioning procedures for Apple assets • Experience using JAMF Connect or equivalent tools for cloud identity integration on macOS Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field • Active Jamf Certified Associate (Jamf-100) credential • Active Jamf Certified Tech (Jamf-200) credential • Active Jamf Certified Administrator credential • Active Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) credential • Active Apple Certified IT Professional (ACTCP) credential
