Info Gain Consulting is currently seeking an exceptional Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert to join our team. You will be supporting and provide invaluable support to the Congressional Budget office IT support- Sentry contract.
  • Demonstrated JAMF Pro administration experience is required.
  • Relevant Apple certifications are preferred.
  • Lead macOS engineering within the Service Desk team.
  • Administer JAMF Pro.
  • Configure and manage Apple Business Manager.
  • Develop and maintain macOS security baselines and hardening standards.
  • Manage Apple device enrollment and lifecycle processes.
  • Integrate macOS devices with Conditional Access.
  • Implement password-less authentication for macOS environments.
