The WW Today at Apple Programming Manager, leads global strategy, programming vision, and content development for Today at Apple - Apple Retail's signature in-store customer engagement franchise. In this role, you will shape how customers around the world experience creativity, learning, and community inside Apple Stores, partnering across production, creative, internal engagement, and regional teams to build and deliver an inspiring annual programming plan. You will lead a team of strategists supporting across worldwide vision and regional execution.","responsibilities":"Define and champion the worldwide Today at Apple programming strategy and multi-year vision, ensuring alignment with Apple Retail business priorities and values
Own the annual programming plan and content library, including thematic pillars, creative direction, session cadence, and global frameworks for regional activation
Lead, develop, and grow a team of strategists, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture
Serve as the primary WW Today at Apple partner to production, creative, and internal engagement teams, driving a seamless handoff from strategy to execution
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key partners across Apple including Product Marketing, Marcom, Public Relations, Services, Store Operations, and regional teams
Establish and maintain reporting and measurement frameworks to evaluate programming effectiveness and customer impact, delivering insights to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing or overseeing live event programming, educational content, experiential marketing, or creative content libraries at significant scale
Ability to synthesize complex problem statements and opportunities into clear, compelling strategic briefs that influence leadership and cross-functional partners
Deep appreciation for how programming and creative experiences can be designed to resonate across diverse global markets and cultures
Familiarity with retail operations and the dynamics of worldwide-to-regional strategy execution
Comfortable managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach
Passion for Apple products and a genuine belief in the power of creativity, technology, and the arts to inspire people
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in programming, content strategy, or retail marketing, in a consumer-facing or retail environment,
Demonstrated experience setting strategic vision and leading complex, cross-functional programs at a global or large-scale regional level
Proven people management experience with a track record of leading and growing high-performing teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting strategy and recommendations to senior leadership
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,200 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
