Job description

This position involves leading revenue and reconciliation projects and facilitating cross-functional interaction across various groups.
G&A Solutions Engineering (GSE) is IS&T's dedicated technology partner for Apple's general and administrative functions - including people, finance, facilities, legal, and security. The team builds and delivers integrated technology solutions that keep these functions running efficiently and securely at global scale. GSE also works closely with business teams to develop custom tools that improve productivity and bring greater automation and consistency to G&A operations across Apple.
Description
The G&A Solutions Engineering group at Apple focuses on creative ways to engineer business solutions to meet growing needs of Apple Finance, iTunes, App Store, Sales, Retail, Apple Care and Apple Online. At core, our portfolio comprises of engineered custom solutions to process very high-volume micro-transactions from iTunes and App Store Downloads, iPhone Activations, Sales from Retail/Online, and Resellers, etc. These solutions are based on cutting edge enterprise technologies ranging from Server Side Java, Web Technologies, Cocoa, iOS, Oracle, and No-SQL Databases. Accurately processing such high volume transactions is our core strength.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in technical program or technical project management
Experience in both leading a program and being a part of a wider program involving multiple groups
Experience in all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle using different software development methodologies
BS/MS Computer Science or job related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Background in payments is highly desired
Experience managing high transaction volume projects is a plus
Prior experience in reconciliation products is a plus
PMP Certification is a plus
Strong communication skills and be able to articulate sophisticated business and technical situations to a variety of audiences
