  • Use quality performance data to identify trends, recommend actions, and communicate business impact to leadership.

  • Support change initiatives that improve factory construction capabilities and vendor technical standards.

Vendor Management & Process Excellence

  • Support vendor quality scorecard reviews and help drive measurable construction performance improvements across strategic vendors.

  • Ensure QA processes support global safety, labeling, durability, and import requirements related to garment finishing and component integrity.

  • Champion durable construction as a key driver of customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and long-term sustainability.

Success Metrics

  • Reduction in construction-related customer returns

  • Improvement in first-pass yield rates across strategic vendors

  • Reduction in Cost of Poor Quality

  • On-time CAPA closure for critical defects

  • Vendor quality scorecard improvements year-over-year

  • Reduction in bulk production holds due to construction failures

What You Can Bring

  • 4-5 years of experience in apparel quality assurance, quality control, or a related technical role.

  • Experience managing apparel quality control processes across international production environments.

  • Proficiency interpreting and applying AQL standards for large-scale production.

  • Familiarity with PLM system Centric, tech packs, and Pivot 88.

  • Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations and corrective actions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors, factories, and cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and vendor partners in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile/Apparel Science, Fashion Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
