Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Production Assistant contributes to the seasonal production process by assisting with the placement, execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders and by ensuring the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Innovation

  • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn about product, business, sourcing, and production strategies
  • Support team efforts to improve workflow organization of key milestones in the seasonal calendar

Operations and Results

  • Support Design and Merchandising teams to help keep the product development calendar on schedule
  • Track production status for goods on order, workinprogress (WIP), and intransit to support timely delivery
  • Follow up with vendors, factories, and internal partners as directed
  • Help organize materials and information needed for internal review and approval

Customers & Relationships

  • Support communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure information is shared clearly and accurately
  • Build positive working relationships with Design, Merchandising, and Production partners
  • Support special projects and adhoc requests as assigned

Leadership & Teams

  • Provide general administrative and daytoday support to the production team
  • Follow established production standards and team processes
  • Manage time effectively, ask questions when needed, and remain open to learning and feedback
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in apparel production, development, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe, CAD, or PLM systems is a plus

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
