This position reports to the Operations Manager and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability, and ownership.Support client Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs and OSHA PSM compliance requirements.Provide technical guidance on equipment condition, degradation mechanisms, and integrity management.Review inspection plans, scopes, and NDE methods to ensure effective risk-based coverage.Evaluate inspection data, corrosion trends, remaining life, and equipment integrity concerns.Identify and assess damage mechanisms, corrosion risks, and emerging degradation trends.Support RBI assessments, corrosion control programs, and integrity management strategies.Interpret inspection results and communicate recommendations to engineering, operations, and maintenance stakeholders.Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and integrity management system data.Review and update P&IDs to support systemization, circuitization, corrosion loops, and inspection circuit development.Establish and validate equipment boundaries, asset hierarchies, and corrosion circuits within integrity management programs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrity documentation reflects actual operating conditions.Support continuous improvement of inspection, reliability, and mechanical integrity processes.Mentor developing inspectors and technicians while promoting integrity best practices.Requirements and Education:Current Level II certifications in multiple NDT methods8+ years of industrial inspection or NDT experienceDemonstrated experience supporting Mechanical Integrity programsWorking knowledge of API inspection methodologies and integrity standards (e.g. API 510, 570, 580/581 & 571)Experience with integrity management databases and inspection software (e.g. Meridium GE-APM, PCMS)Ability to understand engineering calculations, corrosion assessments, and remaining life evaluationsTravel:This position requires approximately 75% travel to client facilities.
