Experience: 5+ Years
 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python
  • Experience with container technology (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a strong emphasis on Terraform
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
  • Knowledge in site reliability culture and principles with demonstrated ability to implement site reliability within an application or platform
  • Experience with reliability practices and observability tools, such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Datadog
  • Experience running large scale software systems
  • Experience in incident management and improving MTTx metrics.
  • Experience with API Management Platform such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Kong, or Spring cloud gateway is a strong plus
  • Experience in development, deployment strategies and support of REST and GraphQL API interfaces
  • Experience with Identity and Access management services
  • Experience in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTPS) and CDN technologies
