Position Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solution on the Salesforce platform. This role requires working closely with developers, Salesforce admins, QA engineers, and technical leadership to deliver reliable, maintainable, and high performing backend solutions.
This role focuses on Apex development, integrations, platform optimization, code quality, and continuous improvement within an Agile work environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Backend Development

- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Salesforce technologies

o Batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs
- Implement business logic based on functional and technical requirements
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable backend solutions
- Follow platform standards and development best practices
Collaboration & Technical Planning
- Collaborate with:
o Backend & frontend developers
o Salesforce Administrators
o QA Engineers
o Technical Team Lead + Solution Architect
- Participate in:
o Technical discussions
o Solution design sessions
o Requirement refinement
o Technical estimation and implementation planning
- Support backend architecture and implementation decisions
Performance and Platform Optimization
- Optimize backend logic for Salesforce platform performance and governor limits
- Ensure efficient:

- Design scalable and maintainable backend solutions
