Job description

About Sigma360 Sigma360 is an MIT-incubated and venture-backed AI-driven global data and analytics firm that helps clients better manage risk. Sigma360โ€™s unique products leverage cutting-edge technology and deep domain expertise to convert the worldโ€™s data into actionable insight that powers decision-making at global financial institutions, corporates, and governments. Sigma360โ€™s culture is highly collaborative and prizes innovation, agility, and complex problem-solving.

Position Description

We are seeking a highly strategic, experienced, and resourceful Senior Implementation Specialist to lead complex enterprise deployments, design scalable training programs, and drive our ongoing support strategy.

As a senior member of the Client & Partner Solutions team, you will take ownership of our most critical client relationships. The role will include responsibilities in three core areas:
Complex Implementation & Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end deployments for our largest, most complex global clients. Architect rollout plans, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and conduct comprehensive, customized training to ensure rapid adoption and time-to-value.

Strategic Escalation & Support: Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex technical and strategic issues. Partner closely with the Head of Implementation, Product leadership, and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable product roadmap initiatives.

Process Optimization & Strategy: Spearhead the evolution of our implementation and support methodologies. Design best practices, build scalable frameworks to support our hyper-growth and international expansion, and mentor junior associates on the team.

What We Seek

The Senior Implementation Specialist requires expert-level knowledge of Sigma360โ€™s products and a deep, consultative understanding of how global organizations leverage data to manage risk. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shining in complex relationship management while utilizing exceptional technical prowess and a data-driven approach.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader with a proven track record of managing enterprise SaaS implementations and driving capability adoption. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, architecting solutions for unique client workflows, and leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure the success of Sigma360โ€™s most valued clients.

Your Day-to-Day

Lead and execute multi-phase, and end-to-end implementation for enterprise clients, acting as the primary project manager and strategic liaison.

Design and deliver customized executive briefings, product demonstrations, and technical training sessions (both in-person and via web-based applications).

Act as a mentor and escalation point for junior team members, assisting in triaging complex issues and sharing best practices.

Analyze client usage data to identify adoption trends, proactively conducting outreach to mitigate churn risk and uncover opportunities for account expansion.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for client needs, streamline onboarding workflows, and contribute to the product roadmap based on field insights.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience: Five to eight (5-8+) years of experience in enterprise software implementation, complex customer success, technical account management, or technical consulting, ideally within the financial services, risk, or data analytics industry.

Project Management: Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff to successful deployment (familiarity with Agile methodologies or PMP certification is a plus).

Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts (e.g., data integrations, API workflows) to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Operational Excellence: Deep experience designing operational workflows and utilizing CRM/Project Management software (Hubspot, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).

Communication: Exceptional executive presence and professional communication skills, with a track record of presenting to C-suite or senior leadership.
Education: BA/BS degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Drive: Self-motivated, autonomous, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.

What We Offer

Unlimited opportunity to grow and lead in a fast-growing company
Highly competitive compensation and company stock options
A collaborative team that deeply values innovation, autonomy, and problem-solving
Generous leave and flexible work-from-home policies
Comprehensive health and dental insurance
Opportunities for international travel

Sigma360 is a proud equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fair hiring practices and to creating a welcoming environment for all team members. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, familial status or veteran status.
