Job Description:

We are looking for a strong SDET / Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Python coding, Selenium automation, API automation, BDD/Cucumber, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate should also have practical experience using AI tools to improve and accelerate test automation and development workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on Python coding experience — mandatory
  • Selenium automation using Python and Java
  • Java experience is secondary; Python is the primary requirement
  • Strong API automation/testing experience
  • Experience with BDD/Cucumber
  • CI/CD integration and automation
  • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools for automation
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.
  • Ability to explain and justify how AI tools have been practically used in automation/testing
  • Strong understanding of QA automation frameworks and best practices

Preferred:

  • SDET / Automation Engineer background
  • AI/ML or AI-assisted automation experience
  • Previous experience with Ex-A / large enterprise environments is highly welcome
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
