Job Overview:
Pay Range $39.44hr - $44.44hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience supporting B2B marketing programs, marketing operations, field marketing, or campaign execution.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, campaigns, or marketing communications.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, content management, or sales enablement platforms (Highspot experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and execution.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the execution of partner marketing programs and operational activities under the direction of the US Partner Marketing SPOC.
- Coordinating logistics and marketing support for partner events, including CSIA, MIA, APC, AHTD, and other industry events.
- Building and implementing campaign packages within marketing platforms while helping develop a repeatable execution process.
- Maintaining and organizing partner marketing content within Highspot and other enablement platforms.
- Coordinating the development and distribution of recurring partner communications, including Zone Partner Newsletter, AHTD Newsletter submissions, and CSIA Sponsor Portal content updates.
- Supporting execution and coordination of recurring One Automation Calls, including scheduling, communications, meeting logistics, presentation management, and follow-up activities.
- Assisting with continuous improvements to recurring marketing processes and identifying opportunities to simplify execution and improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal marketing, sales, and business teams to ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Supporting content updates, campaign launches, webinar coordination, and other tactical marketing activities as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
