An apartment manager oversees the daily operations of an apartment complex, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Becoming a certified apartment manager typically involves completing a property management certification program, which can cost between $300 and $1,000 depending on the provider. Additional costs may include exam fees and ongoing education to maintain certification, which can enhance job prospects and credibility in the field.

How to become a manager of an apartment complex?

To become an apartment complex manager, candidates typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in property management or customer service.
