What is an apartment turnover cleaner?

Apartment turnover cleaners are professional cleaners who prepare rental units for new tenants after previous occupants move out. Their job typically includes deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and all living spaces, as well as removing trash, dusting, and sometimes minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs. The goal is to ensure the apartment meets property management standards for cleanliness and is ready for the next resident. Apartment turnover cleaning is usually more thorough than regular cleaning services because it addresses the wear and tear left by previous tenants.
