We need someone who can walk into a property, assess the maintenance priorities, troubleshoot problems accurately, and get the job done without requiring constant supervision.

The strongest candidate will be dependable, technically skilled, organized, adaptable, and able to transition smoothly between different properties and maintenance teams.
