Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair, etc....)
  • Complete work orders in a timely and professioanl manner
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on building and common areas
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls (including after hours rotation on a scheduled basis)
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnover maintenance)
  • Maintain grounds, pools and common areas as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff

Required:

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC and general repair
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
