Job description

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Location: This position is in-person and assigned to two multi-family apartment communities:

  • Applewood (104 units): 2800 Applewood Lane, Eugene, Oregon 97408 https://applewoodeugene.com/
  • Amazon Corner (117 units): 747 E 32nd Ave, Eugene, Oregon 97405 https://www.amazonapts.com/

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • Tuesday: Applewood
  • Wednesday: Applewood
  • Thursday: Amazon Corner
  • Friday: Amazon Corner
  • Saturday: Amazon Corner 9:00am - 12:45pm / Applewood 2:00am - 6:00pm  

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive hourly pay range of $21.50-21.50
  • Leasing and renewal commission opportunities (eligible at Applewood only)
  • Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
