• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, utilizing methodologies that have shown effectiveness in improving mental health and relational dynamics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care is provided, engaging in case discussions to align treatment goals and share insights on client progress.
• Educate clients and their families about the therapeutic process, equipping them with coping skills and resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment plans and client progress notes.

You will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and communication challenges. Your role will be vital in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing the intricacies of family dynamics and the influences of relational issues on mental health.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
