  • Strong potential for long-term career growth as the company continues to expand
What You'll Do: Own Core AP/AR Responsibilities

Build strong vendor relationships, manage aging reports, support collections activity, and ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions. You'll also handle two-way and three-way matching to maintain financial accuracy.

Support the Month-End Close

Perform journal entries, maintain the general ledger, prepare account reconciliations, and complete bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Manage Daily Cash Activity

Monitor and reconcile daily and weekly cash balances across multiple bank accounts, helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of cash reporting.

Contribute Across the Accounting Function

Work on a variety of accounting responsibilities and support special projects as business needs evolve. This is a role where flexibility and initiative are highly valued.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong Excel and computer skills
Who Thrives Here:
  • Early-career accountants looking for broad accounting exposure
  • Individuals who enjoy learning and taking on new responsibilities
  • Team players willing to jump in and help wherever needed

  • People who want a role with visibility and future growth potential
What Sets You Apart:
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving

Bottom Line:

This is a great opportunity for a Staff Accountant who wants more than repetitive accounting work. You'll gain exposure across the accounting function, work closely with leadership, and build skills that will position you for future advancement.
