Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following other duties may be assigned.

  • Validates and enters all invoices for payment.
  • Maintains accounts Payable Files
  • Complete and/or review new vendor set up paperwork for completeness and submit to Corporate AP
  • Collaborate with Corporate AP to maintain vendors including address changes, EFT payment setup, etc.
  • Assist with vendor and divisional AP inquiries.
  • Review vendor statements for outstanding items.
  • Prepare accounts payable reconciliation reports.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Assists in monthly closings.
  • Assist the division with expense reports and reconciliations.
  • Administrative tasks (filing, etc.)
  • Special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
  • Eye for detail, and accuracy is imperative.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel: Navision experience desired

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school: or one to 3 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
