Pay range: $23.00 an hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, people‑focused Office Coordinator to keep our operations running at full speed. In this role, you’ll support AR/AP workflows and manage daily office operations!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome & Support Guests — Create a warm, professional first impression for visitors, clients, and team members.
  • Manage Incoming Calls — Direct phone calls efficiently to the right personnel.
  • Organize Office Records — Maintain well‑structured physical and digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate Scheduling — Assist with booking appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Oversee Office Supplies — Track inventory and ensure essential items are always stocked.
  • Handle Mail & Packages — Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide Department Support — Deliver administrative assistance across multiple teams. Perform Data Entry & Bookkeeping — Support accurate data entry, record keeping, and AR/AP tasks.
  • Maintain Office Cleanliness — Help keep the workspace tidy, organized, and efficient.
