Automotive Office Manager – Fiesta Lincoln

Salary Range $70,000 to $84,000 (depending on experience)

MUST HAVE CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE. Candidates will interview in Phoenix Metro Area.

The Berge Automotive Group is a well-respected group of multiple auto dealerships located in the Phoenix Metro and Tucson markets that have been selling and servicing vehicles for over 50 years.

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Office Manager for our Fiesta Lincoln dealership at 1720 S. Mesa Drive, Mesa, Arizona 85210 to oversee administrative operations, supervise office staff, manage accounting functions (AP/AR, payroll, cash flow), and generate accurate monthly financial statements for the Dealer/General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise office personnel
  • Prepare complete monthly financial statements per manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
  • Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and sales tax reporting.
  • Control documents (time records, vehicle deals, commissions), petty cash, and vehicle floor plan payoffs.
  • Reconcile accounts, review sales commissions, and ensure manufacturer accounts are current.
  • Handle month-end accounting close and assist with annual audits.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all government regulations and uphold high ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership office/administrative management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of dealership accounting, financial statements, and office functions.
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (R&R), CDK DMS preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting is a plus (commensurate experience accepted).
