Job Title: Marketing Professional II

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Overview

The Marketing Professional II will support a wide range of performance marketing and programrelated initiatives, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, measurement, and customer experiences. In this role you will use data and experimentation to improve key digital journeys. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, comfortable working across functions, and able to take on a variety of responsibilities as priorities evolve. This position requires close collaboration across marketing, client relations, compliance, legal, operations, and sales to ensure materials and programs are accurate, approved, and effective.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in this role will vary based on business needs and active initiatives. The Marketing Professional II is expected to shift focus as needed and contribute across multiple areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing, reviewing, and updating digital marketing content and the online experiences customers use to enroll or purchase
  • Analyzing performance of digital journeys (e.g., enrollment and purchase flows) using analytics tools to understand drop-off points and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting clientfacing initiatives by responding to requests and refining materials based on feedback
  • Reviewing materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance in partnership with compliance and legal teams
  • Collaborating with legal, compliance, operations, and sales teams to support program development and launches
  • Coordinating content updates, and execution across digital channels to support campaigns and program implementation
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as priorities change

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience supporting digital marketing content, customer journeys, or enrollment/purchase experiences
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and user behavior
  • Comfort working across a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with compliance, legal, sales, and operations teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work in a regulated environment
  • Willingness to take ownership and step into new or unfamiliar areas as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, especially for conversion-focused copy

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent years of industry experience

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $50,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
