Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Antitrust, Consumer Protection & Unfair Competition group. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, a J.D. from a top-tier law school, and 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Judicial clerkship experience and/or HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience is a plus.
