We are seeking a Closer. Not a Clerk.

Hand & Stone Anthem is a top-tier, independently owned wellness center led by a Spa Director with 20 years of industry expertise. We are the only location in Anthem and are not affiliated with the corporate "big box" franchises in the Valley. We are a high-performance Teamnot a "family"and we reward results.
The Reality of the Role

This position is for mature professionals who understand the mechanics of a sale. We do not hire "front desk receptionists." You will be expected to:
  • Investigate & Close: Review client history to identify "membership abusers" and pivot those difficult conversations into sales.
  • Enforce Policy: Confidently explain why a guest no longer qualifies for "Member-Guest" pricing and collect the difference with poise.
  • Hunt for Leads: Use Zenoti to proactively call and text prospects to fill the book.
  • Consult: Use your knowledge of Dermalogica and Image Skincare to drive retail revenue and customize massage experiences.
Pay & Internal Rewards

  • Base: $17/hr.
  • Core Commissions: 25% on enrollment fees ($40$199), $10 for $20$39 fees, and 10% on retail.
  • Proprietary Performance Bonuses: Beyond standard commission, we offer an internal "Performance Dividend" structure. Details are discussed during the final interview stage and include bonuses for:
    • Specific Membership Conversion Tiers.
    • Pre-booking Rate Goals.
    • Pre-service Add-on/Upgrade Quotas.
  • Path to Leadership: We promote based on numbers and professional maturity.
Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Sales or High-End Hospitality experience.
  • FULL TIME AVAILABILTY INCLUDING WEEKENDS / EVENINGS

  • Ability to navigate "gray area" pricing and policy enforcement without hesitation.
  • A professional, "Butler-level" demeanor and a "thick skin."
