About the Director Role

As Chick-fil-A® has grown, so has our leadership approach. We operate with a team of Directors, each owning different areas of the restaurant. Your ownership area will be chosen based on your strengths, passions, and leadership potential — and sometimes we even create new roles for exceptional leaders.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team, make key operational decisions, and drive both guest satisfaction and business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations to meet speed, quality, and service goals.
  • Create a positive, high-energy work environment that fosters growth.
  • Implement strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A’s high quality standard in taste, temperature, and presentation requirements.
