Job description

Description:

THE COMPANY

iTech Digital Security is a 26-year-old national security integration company headquartered in Indianapolis. We install and service access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems for commercial clients, franchise networks, and national brands across the country. We are not a startup. We are not a call center. We are a tight, experienced team that takes pride in doing things right the first time and building relationships that last decades.

We move fast. We hold high standards. We expect the people around us to do the same.

THE ROLE

This is a high-visibility, high-responsibility position that sits at the center of our revenue operation. You will work directly alongside our Sales Director — one of the most experienced relationship-driven sales professionals in the industry — supporting the full lifecycle of our national account business.

This is not a data entry job. This is not an "assistant" role where you forward emails and fill out forms. This is a role for someone who thinks, anticipates, communicates, and executes at a level that makes the people around them better.

If you're sharp, fast, professional, and take genuine pride in doing things right — this is an exceptional opportunity. You will learn how national accounts are built and managed at the highest level. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

If you need to be hand-held, prefer a slow pace, or consider "good enough" acceptable — this is not the right fit.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the preparation of quotes, proposals, and contracts with speed and precision
  • Draft detailed, accurate work orders that field technicians can execute without ambiguity
  • Coordinate equipment, resources, and logistics across internal teams to ensure jobs are set up to succeed before anyone steps on a client's site
  • Manage customer communication professionally — you are often the voice of iTech during critical moments of the customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records across our CRM and operational systems with zero tolerance for gaps or errors
  • Anticipate what the sales team needs before they ask for it
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts so that the first impression we make is the right one
  • Handle competing priorities, urgent requests, and fast-moving situations without losing composure or accuracy

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Performance bonus eligible
  • Health / Dental / Vision — Anthem. iTech covers 80% of employee premium
  • HSA — Health Savings Account
  • 401K — available after 6 months, iTech matches 50% up to 4% of paycheck
  • AFLAC supplemental coverage available

WHY iTECH

You will have direct access to senior leadership. Decisions move fast here. Your work will matter and it will be noticed. We have been building relationships with major national brands for over 26 years and we are in a growth phase — the person in this role has real potential to grow with the business.

We are not looking for someone who needs the role to work. We are looking for someone who will make it work.

Requirements:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-negotiable:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — not adequate, exceptional
  • The kind of intelligence that shows up as speed, accuracy, and anticipation — not just credentials
  • Extreme attention to detail that you apply consistently, not selectively
  • Professional maturity — you know how to handle clients, pressure, and competing demands without drama
  • Proactive by nature — you don't wait to be told; you figure it out and execute
  • Background & Drug Screening required

Preferred:

  • Experience in sales support, operations, or customer-facing role in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools
  • Exposure to construction, technical services, or field operations environments

Please do not apply if:

  • You need significant supervision to stay on task and produce accurate work
  • You believe responding to emails and updating spreadsheets is all that's needed for "sales support"
  • You are uncomfortable with a fast pace, changing priorities, or direct feedback
  • You are looking for a job, not a career
