What is an antenna tower climber?

Antenna tower climbers are specialized technicians who install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment on tall structures such as radio towers, cell phone towers, and broadcast antennas. Their work involves climbing these towers, often at great heights, to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly and safely. They must follow strict safety protocols and use protective gear to minimize risks. The role requires technical knowledge, physical fitness, and a strong attention to detail.
