We're not just in the pest control business — we're in the loyalty business. We build remarkable customer experiences and grow teammates into leaders.
The Role
No experience necessary. Entry level position with room for growth. You'll be a trained field expert treating residential and commercial properties, delivering outstanding service on every visit, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You'll Do
  • Treat properties for mosquito, flea, tick, fire ant, rodent, and general pest activity
  • Survey properties and make treatment recommendations
  • Document treatments using our mobile field app
  • Identify upsell opportunities and participate in sales initiatives
  • Support local marketing efforts (door hangers, lawn signs, neighborhood visibility)

What You Need
  • 18+ years old with a valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • No pest control experience required — we train and pay for your state license!
