Summary:
Responsible for answering calls, dispatching Slot Technicians, and maintaining the Dispatch computer program application.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide radio and telephone correspondence for the company and its clients in a professional and courteous manner.
โ€ข Maintain route status in the designated tracking system.
โ€ข Answers all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
โ€ข Promote teamwork within the PBX department and all other departments as it relates to your ability to complete the tasks assigned to you, in an effort to eliminate personal conflicts.
โ€ข Refer all unresolved challenges/issues to immediate Supervisor.
โ€ข Complete all tasks as assigned by the PBX Supervisor and/or PBX Manager
โ€ข Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
โ€ข Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Previous experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
โ€ข Pleasant personality, team-oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people.
โ€ข Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system preferred.
โ€ข Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
โ€ข Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents.
โ€ข Strong computer skills.
โ€ข At least 21 years of age.
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
โ€ข Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
โ€ข Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal.
โ€ข Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
โ€ข Verify right to work in the United States.
