Job Summary
  • Seeking an Agile Developer responsible for the full-stack development, integration, and sustainment of cloud-based applications and microservices within a collaborative Agile environment
  • This role supports the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern development frameworks, containerization technologies, and CI/CD practices
  • The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities while supporting continuous improvement and rapid software delivery

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications and microservices
  • Support full-stack software development activities across front-end, back-end, and API integrations
  • Develop and maintain RESTful services and APIs using modern development tools and frameworks
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
  • Utilize technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker to support containerized application deployment and orchestration
  • Develop and maintain code using languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Ansible
  • Support application testing activities, including functional, performance, API, and accessibility testing
  • Utilize tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Swagger, JMeter, JAWS, or NVDA to support quality assurance and validation efforts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and deployment issues in cloud-based environments
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications
  • Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    • Testing/QA Tools: Playwright, Cypress, JMeter, Swagger, 508 testing tools (JAWS or NVDA)
    • Programming/Scripting: Java, JavaScript, Python, Ansible
    • DevOps/Cloud Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 115,000 USD per year (NBP)
