As a Customer Operations Representative based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for supporting our Sales and Service Operations and managing all aspects of customer experience from when a customer calls to inquire about our products and services through to delivering the product or returning an item from Service. You will be interacting with many people within the organization, so strong communication skills are crucial. This particular position in Customer Operations will be primarily focused on providing service support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build loyal customer relationships via telephone, offering personal attention and exceptional service.
  • Pre-sales and/or post-sales customer support
  • Primary contact for our Sales Teams and external customers.
  • Efficient processing of Service quotes, orders, and requests received in a timely and efficient manner โ€“ meeting our Customer Satisfaction and turn-around time objectives.
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal organizations
  • Effective communication to all levels of the organization and external customers to ensure quality service.
  • Manage the day to day relationship within our customer base.
  • Ensure business process and service standards are met.
  • Promote a positive and teamwork environment.
  • Keep management informed of any changes or significant concerns that impact the department.
  • Reporting to the Customer Operations Supervisor based in Morgan Hill, CA

Requirements :

Essential:

  • Be proficient or have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet functions and basic computer skills.
  • Be professional in appearance and communication with excellent phone skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have experience interacting professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Be a problem solver who can make solid job related decisions with critical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
  • Work well as a team member and team contributor
  • Flexible hours

Preferred:

  • Possess an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • SAP experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Technical skills or experience in the Test and Measurement environment
  • Order Management/Order Entry experience in a Service environment

The annual base salary range for this position is $54,000- $80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
