Job Overview
POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences and bringing our unique brand to life. As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections with customers, and helping drive store performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and sales excellence.
In this role, you will create an engaging in-store experience by understanding each customer's needs, introducing them to POP MART's world of collectible art toys, and providing personalized recommendations that inspire excitement and repeat visits. You will also support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
A passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, fashion, anime, gaming, or pop culture is highly valued and will help you succeed in this role.

What You Will Achieve
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
  • Become a brand ambassador by confidently sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and membership program.
  • Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, limited editions, and new product launches.
  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs, making personalized product recommendations, upselling complementary merchandise, and achieving individual and store sales goals.
  • Accurately process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the sales floor and backroom.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock replenishment, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales goals, operational objectives, and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Cross-train to support POP MART Robo Shop (vending machine) replenishment and inventory processes as business needs require.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention standards.

What You Will Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products.
  • Interest in collectibles, designer toys, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Comfortable learning new technology, point-of-sale systems, and operational processes.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Schedule & Availability
Due to the nature of retail operations, team members are expected to maintain flexible availability to support business needs. Work schedules may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods. Schedule assignments will be communicated in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local scheduling laws.

Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Operate standard retail equipment and stockroom tools, including handheld scanners, box cutters, and ladders.
  • Work in varying environments including the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas.

Pay Range Details
The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.50 per hour. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location.
